Another Lorikeet shot. Shot in low light, f/5.6 at 300mm with ISO set at 1600. The ISO was set exceptionally high on this shot due to the low light, and the shot is quite noisy because of it – hence the title. There’s been a lot of post-editing carried out on this in an attempt [...]

Rainbow lorikeet shot from my back deck using a Canon 400D. There was reasonably low light on the day and background noise is evident in the shot because I used a hight ISO setting.
