Another set of falls at Somersby, NSW Australia. The rock platform in this shot provides a solid foundation for the triple stack of stones that part the water. The water will always win over time though. Another couple of hundred thousand years is all it will take.

A long exposure of the moon and cloud. There was a slight breeze moving the clouds along at a steady rate which provided a natural filter for the moonlight. Shot with a Canon EOS 5, Kodak Ultramax colour film. ISO 400.

Lower Somersby

Taken in December 2010 at Somersby falls, NSW, Australia. The day was quite overcast and the light was quite dark down here at the base of the falls. I didn’t use any filters here, Just a slow shutter and aperture at about f/8.
